Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [bcbclothing9@gmail.com]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hours of purchase since production begins quickly.
Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider. If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.
